Savor the Moment Charcuterie Board

We’ve gathered everything you will need to create a spectacular charcuterie board using our cured meats and locally sourced products made by our friends in Ohio:
North Country Charcuterie’s No. 1 Salami, Fino Salami, Hoguera Spreadable Chorizo along with Kokoborrego’s Owl Creek Tomme sheep’s milk cheese, Outback Tart Cherry Preserves from Black Radish Creamery, Local Wildflower Honey from Latshaw Apiaries, Parmesan Tuscan Flat Bread from Weed Knob Bakery, and Large Cashews from Krema Nut Company.

We recommend adding:

9. Sweet Drop Peppers add a pop of color, acidity and sweetness to your board. Find them at your grocery store in the salad or olive bar.

10. Pickled Mustard Seed, or any mustard you have on hand, is a nice spicy condiment to add some zip!

Get creative with garnishes like dried fruits, pickled vegetables, sprigs of fresh herbs or flowers!

No. 1 Salami is our richest and creamiest salami, boldly flavored with cheese from Blue Jacket Dairy , Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards, chopped garlic and fresh sage.

2

Fino Salami is an ode to our Salami Mama and her love of garlic. This Finocchiona-style salami is a delicate balance of ground fennel and minced garlic. After all, everything’s better with garlic!

3

Hoguera Spreadable Chorizo is best enjoyed on a baguette or added to a favorite Spanish recipe. Our Sobrassada hits your tongue with a sultry surprise and fiery finish. Mixed with Hot Paprika, Chipotle, and Cayenne.

4

Owl Creek Tomme, a farmstead sheep’s milk cheese with a nutty sweetness, is made by Kokoborrego Cheese Company on the Sippel Family Farm, the first licensed sheep dairy and creamery in Ohio.

5

Outback Cherry is made by our friends, John and Anne Reese, owners of Black Radish Creamery, using Ohio-grown tart cherries and strawberries preserved with native Spicebush berries.

6

Local Wildflower Honey is made by Latshaw Apiaries. The family’s bees gathered a delightful blend of flavors from dandelions, fruit trees, acacia, clover, and wildflowers growing on their land.

7

Parmesan Tuscan Flatbread is one of our favorite additions to a charcuterie board. Weed Knob Bakery is owned by Keven and Amy Roberts, whose creative breads are available only through Central Ohio Farmers Markets.

8

Large Cashews are roasted and salted by Krema Nut Company. Krema has been roasting and selling nuts since 1898, and is the oldest peanut butter maker in the nation!
